SPOKES are descendants of WHEELS, a band formed in 1977 with members Mike Wheeler, Jeffrey Seeman, Mickey Foellger, and Michael Bany to backup singer/songwriter Craig Fuller, after he left Pure Prairie League, and his hit record, Amie. Jeffrey was and is the preeminent slide guitarist. Singer/guitarist Mike Wheeler has retired, and his big shoes are filled by Marcos Sastre of the Bluebirds and many other Cincinnati rock ensembles, along with Cincinnati Blues Society Award winner Johnny Fink of
