The Eclectic Heavy Rock Band Caustic Casanova at tSGHR

Caustic Casanova is a loud, heavy rock trio from Washington, DC. The CC, as they are affectionately known by their fans, has been tearing up stages and studios alike with their unique brand of eclectic, “absurdly muscled uber-psyche” (Indy Week) since their inception on the campus of The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia in 2005.

In 2008 CC released their first ever full-length studio album, a fourteen song, seventy-two minute tour-de-force entitled Imminent Eminence. Four years later, Caustic Casanova unleashed 2012’s critically acclaimed Someday You Will Be Proven Correct, produced by J. Robbins.

After the release of Someday You Will Be Proven Correct and a 2012 tour came the departure the group's original guitarist Michael Wollitz. In January 2013 Caustic Casanova officially announced Andrew Yonki (longtime fan and friend) as the new guitar player.

After extensive touring in 2013, Caustic Casanova signed to Retro Futurist Records in September 2014. They released a single in 2014 called "Pantheon: Vol. 1" featuring a re-recorded original song "Glossolalia" and a Pentagram cover "Forever My Queen." It was Yonki's first release with the group. In July, Caustic Casanova announced that their Retro Futurist debut album would be called Breaks to be released on September 25, 2015.
