Muse joins the list of well-established, big name bands to grace the stages of Bunbury like The Killers and The Black Keys before them.  The British trio, much like The Killers, is a hard band to categorize. Matt Bellamy, Dominic Howard, and Chris Wolstenholme have been putting out instant classics for nearly 20 years and their soaring anthems make them the perfect festival band that you will not want to miss.

Lead singer, Bellamy’s amazing range and well-placed falsetto sound like the chops of a classically trained vocalist and melds flawlessly with the piano ballads (‘Ruled By Secrecy’), electronic/synth pop (‘Uprising’), orchestral pieces (‘Exogenesis: Symphony Pt. 3’), and hard rock tunes (‘Cave’) they are known for.

Muse appropriately closes down Bunbury on Sunday, June 4 at 9:45 p.m. on the Nissan stage where hopefully we’ll hear festival classics like ‘Supermassive Black Hole,’ ‘Starlight,’ and ‘Knights of Cydonia.’  If you want to experience a big-time music festival at its finest, you will not want to miss Muse. I can promise you, it will be one of the most memorable concerts of your life.
