Iron & Wine will be at the Taft Theatre this Friday, March 22nd, for a unique performance in honor of the 15th anniversary of his sophomore album, Our Endless Numbered Days. Iron & Wine is the stage name for singer-songwriter Samuel Beam who will be re-releasing a deluxe edition of the LP to include new artwork, 12 pages of liner notes, and previously un-released demo versions of the original 8 tracks.
What makes this a unique performance? Cincinnati is one of only 3 cities in which Beam will perform Our Endless Numbered Days in its entirety with one intimate solo acoustic set and another set with an orchestra. The delicate yet driving melodies of Iron and Wine’s brand of indie folk paired with the robust sound of the orchestra is sure to make for a memorable performance for all types of music fans.
