On the day after Christmas, 2018, Grayson Sharpe was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. After months of chemo and radiation therapy, he was given a bone marrow transplant. He is now in remission and continues to heal. He’s one of the lucky ones. Having spent 146 days in Children’s Hospital in 2019, he got to know too many people who were not so fortunate.
Grayson is the son of Aaron Sharpe, former Station Manager at WNKU, current owner of Lucius Q, and DJ for the Cincinnati Reds. Grayson Sharpe has been nominated to be a candidate of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's 2021 Students of the Year Campaign!
