Northern Kentucky Music Legends Hall Of Fame to Welcome New Inductees

On Thursday, June 13th Northern Kentucky Music Legends Hall Of Fame welcomes its new inductees at Tower Park in Ft. Thomas, KY! The event starts at 6:30p.

2024 Northern Kentucky Music Legends Hall Of Fame inductees:
 STEVE BONAFEL
 A 2016 Bluegrass Song of the Year winner for "Last Parade." Has played at the Pentagon, the White House, and many military institutions. Mentor to country superstar Carley Pierce.

 CHRIS CUSENTINO
 Northern Kentucky musician with more than 25 years of experience singing, and playing guitar and bass in a number of bands, most notably The Turkeys and The Northern Kentucky Bluegrass Band.

 LARRY B
 On the air in the area for over 50 years, mostly with WUBE, the #1 Cincinnati country station. He is listed as one of the top 40 all-time area radio personalities.

BOB KNAUF
 25 years as The Choral Director of The Cincinnati May Festival. He was also the Music Director at Highlands High School and Northern Kentucky University.

GROUP EFFORT STUDIOS
 Several A-Listers have used Jeff Monroe's studio to record, such as Blondie, The Doobie Brothers, and Exile, as well as top local musicians - including many NKML inductees.

 DOUG HILS
 One of the most versatile musicians around. Whenever a top band needs an excellent keyboard, bass, or guitar player for extra punch, they call Doug.

 TIM LUSBY
 Steel player who has played for many top country artists such as Pam Tillis, Tracy Byrd, and Daryl Singeltary. He has played on numerous national TV programs.

RICK R MARKSBERRY
 A multi-instrumentalist who plays fiddle, steel guitar, dobro, and banjo since 1972. Two of the many bands he was with were Apple Butter Band & Suits that Rock.

 JAKE WALZ
 A popular entertainer in the area. Plays many different places locally like The Blind Lemon, several vineyards, The Southgate House Revival, and The Hall Of Fame jam.
