The Zombies play Taft Theatre on Monday 9/23 as part of the “Something Great from '68” tour with Brian Wilson, Al Jardine and Blondie Chaplain.

This year marks the fifth year for Louder than Life, the return of Bourbon & Beyond, and the premiere of Hometown Rising. It’s an ambitious, multi-year plan that continues to evolve. Cincymusic chatted with Danny Hayes about the upcoming festivals and what it means to Louisville.  

We chatted with bassist and founding member Robby Takac about how digital tools have changed their songwriting, what continues to drive them after all these years, paying back their community, why it’s a smart idea to play QVC and whether the future looks any brighter these days.
